Status of this document
This is preliminary information, not yet the final app privacy notice for Prism Shift's store release. The notice will be completed before public distribution, including the required controller identification details and an assessment of the services actually used.
The WildSoft website
This is a static website with no user accounts, contact forms, advertising, or project-added analytics scripts. Visiting the website can nevertheless involve processing technical connection data, such as IP addresses and HTTP requests, by Cloudflare's hosting and security services. We cannot claim that the provider stores no logs or processes no data.
Prism Shift and local progress
In the current Prism Shift project, settings and game progress are stored locally on the device or in the browser. Cloud save synchronization is not provided. At the 19 October 2026 code review, the declared dependencies do not include Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Sentry or advertising SDKs. The roadmap includes future analytics and diagnostics; if added, this notice will be updated before activation for players to describe any data and services involved.
Cookies and external services
The website's current code does not add advertising cookies or its own visitor analytics system. Infrastructure service behavior and any future settings must be checked separately. This is not a guarantee that the hosting provider never uses technical cookies.

WildSoft Playtesters (when enabled)
Participation is voluntary and limited to adults aged 18 or over. To manage an application we will collect an email address, selected platforms (Android and/or iOS), language, date and version of consent, confirmation status and technical timestamps. We will use this information only to verify the address and invite volunteers to future WildSoft beta tests, not for promotional newsletters or advertising. Joining the list is not the same as enrolling in a Google Play or Apple TestFlight test.
The prepared system uses Cloudflare Pages Functions and D1 storage, plus Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Confirmation messages will be sent through Mailjet, using a validated WildSoft sender, once setup and a delivery test have been completed. Mailjet will receive the recipient address and may retain sending records and contact data under its terms; removing a volunteer from the WildSoft list in D1 does not necessarily remove every record from Mailjet. Full erasure requests will also be handled with the provider. Unconfirmed applications expire after 48 hours and are removed through cleanup operations; confirmed records remain until the person unsubscribes or requests erasure. The confirmation email includes an unsubscribe link; volunteers can alternatively contact support.
Before registration opens, controller identity, lawful basis, provider and transfer details, actual retention and deletion procedures, individual rights and other mandatory information must be completed and reviewed. Until then, the form remains disabled.
